General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of RedLightNFT.com

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the RedLightNFT.com website and all related services, particularly the creation, management, and trading of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
1.2 By purchasing a package and using the services, the customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Services by RedLightNFT.com

2.1 RedLightNFT.com offers various packages for creating, managing, and marketing NFTs, as detailed in the “Packages and Contents” section.
2.2 All images, GIFs, videos, or other content provided by the customer for NFT creation become the irrevocable property of RedLightNFT.com upon acceptance of these GTC and cannot be refunded.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

3.1 The customer pays the agreed package price as described in the package details. Payment is made before the services commence.
3.2 All profits generated from the sale of the customer’s NFTs on Opensea.io are transferred monthly to the customer’s specified PayPal account after deducting creator fees.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 After the term of the selected package ends, the customer is obliged to purchase the unsold NFTs on Opensea.io at the listed sales price within 14 days.
4.2 If the customer fails to fulfill this obligation, the rights to the unsold NFTs will fully transfer to RedLightNFT.com. From that point, the customer waives all further claims to these NFTs.
4.3 The customer may purchase additional packages at any time to create new NFTs.

• Term: 12 months
• Number of NFTs: 250 / Only Images
• Total expected profit: $6,250
• Price per NFT: $25
• Website sideboard placement
• Social media linking
• NFT listing on Opensea.io

Package #3

• Term: 12 months
• Number of NFTs: 500 / Only Images
• Total expected profit: $12,500
• Price per NFT: $25
• Website sideboard placement
• Social media linking
• NFT listing on Opensea.io

Collaboration Package #4

• Term: 24 or 48 months
• Number of NFTs: up to 5,000 / Images, Gifs and Videos
• VIP website sideboard placement
• Social media linking
• NFT listing on Opensea.io
• Profit-sharing on each sold NFT (negotiated individually)

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 RedLightNFT.com makes no guarantees regarding the success or sales figures of the created NFTs.
6.2 RedLightNFT.com is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or the created NFTs unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination and Contract Duration

7.1 The contract duration corresponds to the term specified in the respective package. Early termination is excluded.
7.2 After the contract term expires, the entitlement to services ends unless an extension or new booking is made.

8. Data Protection

8.1 RedLightNFT.com handles all customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Further details can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
9.2 The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is the registered office of RedLightNFT.com.
9.3 If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

10. Legal information and risk information for buyers in the European Union

The purchase of RedLightNFT (RLNFT) involves significant risks. By participating in this offer, you confirm that you understand and accept the following points:

1. Regulatory risk The European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation is currently not fully implemented. There is uncertainty about the future legal and regulatory requirements for trading and holding crypto-assets in the EU. Buyers are aware that the purchase and use of RLNFT tokens may be affected by future regulatory changes.
2. Ownership Buyers are fully responsible for complying with applicable laws in their country and assessing the legal, tax and financial implications of the purchase and use of RLNFT tokens.
3. No refund claim The purchase of RLNFT tokens is final and non-refundable. Buyers confirm that they fully accept the risks of potential loss of value or regulatory restrictions.
4. Information obligation Buyers confirm that they have read and understood all relevant information about the RLNFT tokens and the underlying technology. It is recommended that independent legal or financial advice is sought.
5. Disclaimer RedLightNFT accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the purchase, possession or use of RLNFT tokens.
